Donation FAQ

Is my donation tax-deductible?
Back40 Sportsman's Club is a private club, not a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit — donations are not tax-deductible. If that's a requirement for your gift, please check with your tax advisor before giving, or contact the club at info@back40sc.com with questions.
How is a donation different from sponsorship?
Sponsorship is a paid business relationship with advertising rights attached — a logo on the entrance sign, a listing on the site. A donation is a gift with no rights or placement attached, from anyone who wants to support the club directly. If you're a business looking for visibility in exchange for your support, see the club's sponsorship tiers instead.
Can I change or cancel a recurring donation?
Yes. Monthly and yearly donations are billed automatically through Stripe until you cancel. Contact the club at (816) 200-0580 or info@back40sc.com any time before your next billing date to change the amount, change the frequency, or stop entirely.
Do I need to be a member to donate?
No. Donating doesn't require membership, an application, or any club credential, and it doesn't grant range access, a gate credential, or any other membership benefit on its own.
